Judge Close to Dismissing Westward Shores Case
A December 9 interim order suggests Ossipee’s ZBA is the appropriate venue for campers to seek resolution of their ‘grandfathering’ issue, and says the consumer fraud aspect of the case can’t be adjudicated until the ‘grandfathering’ issue is resolved. The parties have 15 days to file objections to a dismissal.
Weather Is Holding for Dam Construction
The construction team is on track to meet its goal of completing the concrete work by Christmas. By then, approximately 40% of the project will be complete.
