Finally, the last sheet of ice melted at 3 p.m. today, 4/13/23.
January 11th it is, for the current winter season.
It's been the warmest fall and winter on the lake since we moved here in 1997.
This has been a great summer, with the right water level and the right temperatures.
The Marina docks are almost full but not much boat traffic on the bay. So far, all is quiet at Camp Huckins.
