Court Clarifies Dismissal of Complaints Against Former Owners of Westward Shores
In a recent ruling, a Superior Court judge clarified that her February decision to deny a complaint by Westward Shores campers against the campground’s previous owners, Anthony Aversa and Joan Brassill, pertains only to one of the four counts alleged in the case.
