The Friends of Danforth Ponds and Green Mountain Conservation Group will host a presentation on septic systems and lake-friendly living, “How Septic Systems Impact Our Surrounding Lakes, Ponds, and Rivers.”
The meeting will be on Friday, June 7, at Freedom Town Hall and the public is invited. The doors open at 9:45 a.m.
The guest speaker will be Gary Spaulding, Principal of Advanced Onsite Solutions in Concord. With over 25 years of experience, Gary has a wealth of knowledge about septic systems, and as one of the leading experts in New Hampshire, he serves on several wastewater boards across the state.
By hosting informative sessions to educate our homeowners on the maintenance and monitoring of their septic systems, the Friends of Danforth Ponds is acknowledging the vital role our systems play in preventing harmful pollutants from entering the watershed.
Through our outreach initiatives, we are emphasizing the crucial responsibility each homeowner has in preserving the watershed for future generations to enjoy.
The presentation will last about one hour and will be followed by a question-and-answer period.
Please don’t miss this opportunity to learn from an expert and have all your septic questions answered.
