Freedom — August 7, 2009 — It’s a Saturday night family double header this weekend to close out another Freedom Old Home Week.

The annual Fireman’s lobster supper starts at 5 p.m. at Town Hall (603-539-4261), followed by mystery and entertainment at Calumet Conference Center as local author Marianne O’Connor presents “Haunted Hikes of New Hampshire” at 8 p.m. outdoors under the big tent (dress appropriately).

There is no admission charge for “Haunted Hikes.”

Don’t forget that O’Connor will have autographed copies of her book for sale, with a portion of the proceeds going to Ossipee Lake Alliance.
